Came across these cute little guys the other night 🦊

Their den is not in the best of spots, but the fox has made her den there every year since we have lived in the area, so she feels that it is safe enough.

Our fox has moved out of the area, so I’m glad that we still have some other babies around we can see from time to time.

Not sure what type they are and what they will turn into, but they sure are cute.

They remind me of Seattle. When I was younger and I would go on walks with my Dad, I could always smell the caterpillar nests. It’s weird, but true. They give off a scent that is hard to describe. So when I was mowing the lawn and smelled it, I thought I was going crazy.

Do you know what I am talking about? Or am I just weird lol?

Our family is OBSESSED with this app… Thank you for introducing us.

Every morning we turn this app on and see what birds are around us for the day. Though it doesn’t always have the correct information (we have barred owls pretty much all year, but the app says they are only here certain times of the year) it is still really neat to hear the bird and then see what it looks like.

I guess that’s who we are now… birders!
