We stepped back for a little bit but we are still here. Rocco really has turned out to be such a good boy! We were so blessed. I was actually a little worried when he was around 4-6 months old but once we got him neutered he calmed down significantly and then as he has aged he has become so well behaved. He doesn’t have to be kenneled. He has one but it’s always open for him to come and go as he pleases. Most racc**ns have to be kenneled at some point due to their curious and scavenging nature. We try to make sure that Rocco has all that he needs at all times which helps. Also we let him explore just about anything and everything because then he’s not so curious about it and has no interest in checking it out when no one is looking. He has a pretty cool hammock hanging in his kennel that he LOVES. It’s his favorite place to be besides sitting with myself or our oldest son. He loves playing with his best friend Peyton, who is a pit bull and he also loves to annoy Mao Mao, our calico cat. Our oldest dog Sissy was 14 1/2 years old when she passed in August 2023 and they had a love hate relationship. I really don’t know how he would be with any animals that he doesn’t know because he grew up with the ones we have but he is great with new people as long as they let him check them out. You absolutely cannot have anything in your pockets that could be harmful to him or that you don’t want stolen and destroyed because he WILL get it. He goes to the refrigerator in front of the ice dispenser and waits for someone to push the button and make ice fall onto the floor. Then he pushes and somewhat carries the ice into any little compartment or shoe he can find. He loves Slim Jim’s, carrots, and tortilla chips. He will eat other things but he really loves those 3. We have been out of touch with Facebook for a while now and I just wanted to give you all an update. Our family is still dealing with some very difficult circumstances and I will still be off more often then not but I do get online to check a couple of things here and there. I miss the interaction with all of our friends and I miss getting to see all of our furry friends too so please share them with us here! ❤️🦝🥰

I have been dealing with some personal things and I haven’t posted very much of anything in a while. Please bare with my late responses. Rocco is doing well and I have so many videos to post. I just don’t have the time, energy, or mental capacity to edit and upload at the moment. Also I haven’t been on my phone much at all. Please pray for me! I sure could use it at the moment.
