REMEMBERING ACE FREHLEY

Tonight on The RockFest, it's a tribute to Ace Frehley, the stellar lead guitarist of the original KISS, and prolific solo artist, who tragically passed away this past Thursday. I'm going to kick things off with his #13 hit "New York Groove" from his KISS solo album, and sprinkle some of his best covers throughout the show, as well as KISS songs that displayed his best solo work. He will be missed, BIG TIME.

The Classic Album of the Week will be the aforementioned 1978 Ace solo album!

After that, a special Eddie Trunk show remembering Ace.

In order to serve our faithful listeners even better, we’ve recently upgraded to a better server, and increased our streaming rate from 128 kbps to 256 kbps, which, we think, makes for a higher quality listening experience!
