Ward Park Swimming Pool Closing for Season

The Ward Park Swimming Pool will be closing for the 2026 season Saturday, August 15th at 4:00PM. With many of our lifeguards being high school student-athletes and afternoon practices and evening competitions beginning this time of year, we would not have the necessary lifeguard coverage to safely operate the pool. In addition, our college student lifeguards are typically heading off to college at this same time. The Versailles Park Board and Village Council hope everyone had an enjoyable summer at the pool and we look forward to serving you again next year!
