I often get asked: “Why haven’t you been discovered?” “Why don’t you perform live?” and “Will you ever perform live?”

The truth is, this has never been about fame. This music is my story—my way of healing, processing life, and sharing a piece of myself with others.

Maybe I’ll perform live one day. For now, my focus is completing my senior year and building a future in marketing and public relations. After that, who knows what the future may hold?

For now, I’m simply grateful that my music has found its way to you. Thank you for listening and being part of my story. 🎶

“The Smoky Mountains Still Sing” came from a place deep in my heart.

As a kid, some of my favorite memories were trips to East Tennessee—the mountains, Dollywood, family, and a kind of magic I never forgot. And woven through so many of those memories was Dolly Parton.

Her music taught me that country songs could be vulnerable, hopeful, heartbreaking, and still full of strength. She helped shape the kind of artist I wanted to become.

This song is my thank-you to Dolly, to the Smokies, and to the memories that still sing inside me. ❤️🏔️🎶

Cory Lane Wilder — Sessions 🎶

After this release, I’m going to take a little time away from releasing new music and focus on my final year of school and my songwriting course through Juilliard x Yellowbrick.

Music has never been about being above anyone else. For me, it’s always been about sharing my story, my faith, and what God has carried me through.

To everyone who has listened, prayed, shared, encouraged, and believed in me — thank you. I don’t take any of it for granted.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s a season to grow, learn, and trust God with what comes next. ❤️

I still can’t quite believe I’m saying this… 🎶

I was awarded a 75% scholarship — nearly a full scholarship — to study Songwriting Across Genres through Juilliard x Yellowbrick.

What makes this especially meaningful to me is that I’ll be learning from actual Juilliard faculty and respected music-industry professionals, sharpening the craft behind the songs I write and the stories I want to tell.

As an independent artist and songwriter, this is more than a course to me. It’s an opportunity to grow, be challenged, learn at a completely different level, and bring everything I gain back into the music I create.

I’ve spent a lot of time dreaming about where this journey could take me. Today, I get to say that Juilliard is becoming part of that journey.

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity — and I’m ready to get to work. ❤️🎼
