Spring Pea Ravioli with bacon and lemon sauce. Absolute deliciousness and had a great time making homemade pasta while listening to Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam. A Saturday night well spent. @ Vienna, Virginia

Made some bibimbap today 😍 Sautéed some carrots, mushrooms and spinach, reheated some leftover shredded chicken, and combined with rice, raw carrots, snap peas, homemade bibimbap sauce. All topped with a sunny side egg and some chives!

Here’s a close up of the pesto. Samin Nosrat’s recipe for creamy pesto turned out amazing! I will have the arms of an Italian Nonna if I make this pesto once a week.
