We are so proud that local kids and adults enjoyed our “Try the Green Things” Menu for the First Friday Outdoor Movie showing of Shrek, sponsored by Visit Vincennes/Knox County. A big Knox County crowd enjoyed Fiona’s Veggie Cups (Celery, Cucumbers & Green Bell Peppers), Shrek’s Chips & Swamp Dip (Fresh Guacamole), Donkey’s Parfaits (Greek Yogurt with Green Pudding,Topped with Chocolate Cookie Crumbles), and Swamp Punch.

The Friends of the Library are hosting another fantastic book giveaway this coming Saturday at 8am! Come enjoy free books, and free breakfast and coffee provided by the Learning Kitchen. Don’t forget to sign up for the summer reading program as well! Great prizes await!

I always look forward to my time with the Friends Group…. they are such a sweet and thoughtful group and they did an amazing job making Pita pizza Pockets, and rainbow fruit skewers🍓🍉🍇 Boy did they sure love fruit!
