VMG Community Spotlight: Nelly’s Cookout 2026 Returns with Competition, Food, and Family Fun

Residents are invited to come together for another day of community, friendly competition, and entertainment as Nelly’s Cookout 2026 takes over 770–772 Cedar Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey.

The event officially opens at 1:00 p.m., with organizers encouraging attendees to arrive early for easier parking before the main event begins at 4:30 p.m.

One of the biggest attractions of the day will be the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, where teams of four players (including one substitute) will compete for a $500 cash prize. Entry is $20 per player, and interested participants can register by texting (609) 579-4216.

Beyond the basketball court, guests can expect a variety of activities designed for all ages, including:

* Kickball
* Water balloon games
* Mini games and interactive fun

Food will also be available for purchase throughout the event, with vendors serving:

* $5 Hamburgers
* $4 Hot Dogs
* Both meals include chips and a canned soda.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase exclusive Nelly’s Cookout 2026-themed apparel and accessories, making it easy to commemorate the day and show support for the annual gathering.

Organizers have emphasized that security will be tight and are asking everyone to help maintain a safe, family-friendly atmosphere by leaving adult entertainment and unnecessary drama at home.

Whether you’re lacing up your sneakers for the tournament or simply looking for a fun way to spend the day with family and friends, Nelly’s Cookout 2026 is shaping up to be another memorable community event in Bridgeton.

After witnessing his performance and creative vision firsthand, we knew he would be a great addition to this platform.
