For the past couple of months, I’ve been hosting karaoke over at 830 East in Vineland.

I would like to build this page more, so I’m going to start advertising over here. It’ll be on my personal page as well.

There’s gonna be all kinds of fun coming up here at the 409, and it’s going to be incredible!!

Plans are in the works for a possible fundraiser. Debating on whether I want to do a combination type thing with a kickstart campaign with a possible little small fundraising festival featuring local bands. But here’s a little extremely rough video that I took back in August to give you kind of an idea of what we’re working with here. If you have friends, that would be willing to share some time ideas whatever, I’m interested. This place will be operational sooner rather than later one way or another.

We at 409 South Studios are gutted at reading of the loss of one of the great voices in radio who was not just that voice, but he was truly an incredible human. Such a kind soul. We, his GREAT CITIZENS must continue his legacy of kindness and generosity, and unite under love and music to celebrate the man.

EIN for 409 South Studios has been secured. I am working towards a soft launch this fall. Project in the works is a joint venture with Where?house 51. As this begins, it will be smaller projects not requiring a full building. Plans for the renovation are in the beginning stages, and will update as we move along.

In the meantime, we have hosted local band X-Communicated, test driving our sound and outdoor stage. Go check out their page and see what’s coming.

Hey. I attempted!!

My jewelry company will operate under 409 South Studios, “D.B.A.” Grams Good Juju Gems & More.

Obligitory “I was there” post incoming!!!!

Wellll I was there for about an hour. It started getting dark fast. I was exhausted from the night before, and was very unorganized for this, but it worked. Got to meet a few of my fellow community members and see a few familiar faces.

New banner with the new logo is in transit. We will see about future in-person events.

While we are putting together our business plan for the grand opening of our studio end of spring next year (hopefully), I still have my jewelry business Grams Good Juju Gems & More. I’ll be at a table for this year’s Buena day!! drop by and say hello!

What’s up, everyone! I know it’s been a while!!

I’m still settling in trying to get stuff squared away while sorting through an insanely busy schedule.

But I feel it’s about time. I get back out there and see you guys.

I’ll be setting up a table at this year’s Buena Day event on Saturday, September 6 (which is next Saturday). I’ll also have info on the upcoming events at my favorite place in the whole wide world: The Landis Theater and 830 EAST

We are still further away from launching them before. We need to upgrade the structure to accommodate what we plan to do. We will be recruiting help for that as well.
