🧼 I finally booked a house cleaner before Thanksgiving…
So can someone explain to me WHY I’m now cleaning like I’m about to be graded by the FBI, Jesus, and my Mama all at once?

Like—
“I can’t let the cleaner see my house dirty… that’s embarrassing.”
Ma’am… THAT IS THEIR JOB.
But here I am, pre-cleaning for the cleaning lady so she doesn’t think I live like a feral raccoon.

Anyone else do this or am I the only one?

🧩 From that tiny curly-haired painter who mostly decorated himself… to the 18-year-old who now leans on fences like he owns the whole farm — Lane has kept us on our toes since day one.

Autism has been a journey, and let me tell you, Lane has been the one teaching us. We learned quickly that he sees the world in his own brilliant, hilarious way… and usually he’s right.

He’s honest (for the most part), he’s determined, and he has absolutely zero problem telling you when you’re wrong — which, apparently, is most of the time.

But goodness, this boy has the biggest heart. He works hard (on Tuesdays), loves deeply, and surprises us every single day.

We wouldn’t trade his quirks, his humor, or his Lane-logic for anything. Watching him grow up has been the wildest, funniest, most rewarding adventure. &Lane

🙌🏼I earned the Fan Favorite badge this week — which basically means I talk too much and y’all keep encouraging me. Thanks for that.

Now I’m gonna share something else… because clearly no one has stopped me yet.

💙 I’d like to take a moment to appreciate my amazing husband, Shawn. He recently got to take an unforgettable trip to a ranch in Texas, where he harvested some unique and beautiful animals to bring home and fill our freezers. Not only did he provide for our family, but he made some incredible memories along the way. We’re so grateful for him and everything he does. 🦌

P.S. The pictures are of a Whitetail deer, a Nilgai, and a Javelina.
