My weight has been a struggle my whole life. Food has always been my biggest addiction.
Sad? -> Food
Celebrating a big win? -> Food
Tough day with the kids? -> Food
Just had my best sales day ever? -> Food
Just found out the big business partnership I’d been working on for months fell apart? -> Food
I finally feel like I’ve found a winning combination of mindset shifts, healthy coping mechanisms (that isn’t food), balancing hormones and lifestyle changes that are allowing me to still live, still eat good food (just not nearly as high quantities or frequencies as in the past) and still perform at a high level in my business and seeing the weight shed off.
Optimization and using myself as the guinea pig and listening to my body to fine tune these changes is still a work in progress but feeling very accomplished and proud of myself today.
Next step for me is to be < 250 lbs by April!
