Bringing your furry friend to the Boardwalk this summer? 🐕🦺🏖️ Remember the beach rules for pets from Memorial Day to Labor Day: ✔ dogs can enjoy the Boardwalk between 6 a.m.-7 p.m. ✔ clean up after your pet ✔ leashes on at all times ✔ keep your dogs off on the sandy beach and in the water in the Resort Area (between Rudee Loop and 42nd Street) ✔ leashed dogs or dogs under the control of their owner if unleashed are permitted on the sandy beaches north of 42nd Street and south of Rudee Loop (Croatan and Sandbridge) before 10 a.m. and after 6 p.m., ✔ Service animals are exempt from these prohibitions under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
