I totally forgot to share this little story from my trip to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. While I was standing near the seahorse tank, this tiny seahorse floated right up to the glass and just stayed there, almost like it was staring me down. A kid next to me whispered, “He chose you.” 😄
A few minutes later, I walked over to the jellyfish section and the whole room was glowing blue. Out of nowhere, an electric eel shocked the water (not the glass!) and everyone jumped at the same time. Even the staff laughed.
But the wildest part? When I reached the shark tunnel, one of the sharks swam right over my head and paused—just long enough to make eye contact. I’m convinced he was evaluating my threat level. Zero, obviously.
Still one of the coolest little adventures I’ve had in a while. 🌊🦈✨
