Yea we def gotta talk more about this soon, cuz the tea is hot...AGAIN!!

Like I said, I helped a buyer top up their VA Loan with a $15K forgiveable grant last quarter from the city of Newport News. $0 down, $0 at closing, and I negotiated an additional $7K (well, $6.8K) in seller concessions.

Yes, it was forgiveable. Meaning, they don't have to live in their home for a required period of time to keep that $15K.
