2020 vision 👀....

A lot of people are making a connection to the year 2020 and 20/20 vision. And I definitely think it makes sense. But my question to you is what do you see clearer? Where do you see yourself at the end of the year? I was talking to a friend of mine () about New Years resolutions. We came to the conclusion that a lot of times resolutions are temporary. A lot of people make resolutions and they don’t stick. Like going to the gym for the first week in January but they aren’t seeing themselves a few months down the road being healthy and fit. These people are near sighted not being able to see the whole vision only what’s in front of them. You don’t want to be far sighted because you wouldn’t be able to see the little things that might trip you on the way. When you have 2020 vision you can see everything perfectly. So, do your goals help you reach your end of the year vision for yourself or do they take you off course? This is something I’m doing everyday to make sure I stay on track. When it comes to photography or videography, my favorite thing to do is lighting!! 💡
I believe that lighting is what separates good images from great images. You may have the most beautiful subject or greatest environment in the world in front of your lens but if you're lighting is subpar you do your art a disservice 🙃
That's one of the reasons why I enjoy lighting SO much! Maybe one day I'll go into some other reasons why I think lighting is so important 🤔
All that being said, God is good, He's seated on the throne, and Jesus is Lord! Have an awesome and victorious day. 😁✌🏽

It's okay to switch things up or course correct. You don't have to keep going in a wrong direction just because that's how you've always done it or because you've been on that path for awhile.

That's what I'm learning in my personal life as well as on IG. For a long time I cropped my posts to be 16:9. I've noticed recently that that isn't necessarily the best format for IG and that the fuller screen format works better for this platform.
•
So you'll probably notice me reposting a lot of images I've posted in the past as I transition to this new look but I believe that change is good. Don't be afraid of positive change because it brings development.
•
All that being said, God is good, He's seated on the throne, and Jesus is Lord! Have an awesome and victorious day.
