Breast cancer changed me in ways I never expected.

It taught me that faith can carry you through the hardest seasons. It reminded me that time is precious, health is a gift, and gratitude can be found even on the difficult days.

While I would never have chosen this journey, it shaped me into a stronger, more resilient woman. It gave me a deeper appreciation for life, a greater trust in God, and a desire to encourage others who may be walking through their own challenges.

Amazon made me do it… but my routine is better because of it 🤍

I’ve been learning that feeling good doesn’t happen overnight… it comes from the little things you do consistently for yourself.

For me, this season has looked like slowing down, paying attention to what my body needs, and building routines that actually support me from the inside out.

Between stress, hormones, and everyday life, I started noticing things felt a little “off” — lower energy, puffiness, bloating, restless nights — and I knew I wanted to be more intentional about my wellness.
