It's been a while!

The past 8 weeks have been a bottom for me personally, but I'm ready to be back on here.

These smoked Picanha Tacos were the absolute best way to bring me back on the court.

Smoked with Mesquite and using we smoked this Rump Cap til we hit 115 then we gave a blazing hot sear. The end result?

Pure Heaven

Spice rub:
Equal parts Salt, Pepper, Garlic, chili Powder, Paprika. Enough to cover lightly upon the last layer.

Tons of Cumin to slam that Taco flavor home

Smoke at 225-250 til you hit that magic 115 number then you get it hot hot hot and sear at 2 minutes a side. Let rest for 15 minutes and let you taste buds give you a big hug. Try it out for yourself and thank me later.
