Nothing humbles a woman faster than feeling confident, looking cute… then catching the sunlight just right and realizing you’ve been growing a chin hair long enough to name it. 😂

At this point, I don’t tweeze my chin hairs… I evict them. And somehow they ALWAYS come back with friends. 😭😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one constantly checking my chin like it’s part of my morning skincare routine. 😂

I asked several clients a simple question: What would deter you from going back to a great service provider?

The top 3 answers were:

1. 🚬 Smelling like cigarette smoke
2. 🗣️ Negativity & gossip
3. ⏰ Constantly running behind

Hopefully this helps someone! If you know you’re great at what you do but struggle with client retention, it may be worth taking an honest look at these three things. Sometimes it’s not the service—it’s the experience surrounding it.
