In this troubling era, Ernesto Fraga expresses his frustration with not being able to speak to the injustices of these times. He is still suffering expressive aphasia from the strokes in 2018 making him unable to communicate.

Asserting as Publisher of TIEMPO Newspaper, he is the sole originator of the publication started in Waco on May 5, 1982 publishing through July 25, 2018. While many people contributed to and supported TIEMPO, Ernesto Fraga is solely responsible for the publication’s origin.

It has been 10 months since Ernesto had a heart attack, followed by several strokes, it has been an emotional time figuring out the new normal, The ups and down are stressful as he deals with congestive heart failure and difficulty speaking, Most of all he misses the political activism, he has good mobility, although he is not able to use a cell phone or computer, He continues to pursue speech therapy and appreciates all well wishes; Importantly the last date of Tiempo’s publication was July 25, 2018 corrected from the typo in the previous post.
