The Purple Air network shows that the air around Waikoloa is completely clean and clear, with any lingering smoke or smell of fire pushing to the south of Waikoloa Village. The air is very clear of particulates and smoke across Waimea and Kawaihae too.

Unfortunately, can't say the same for parts of Kona where air pollution is up.

Don't forget: tonight the Waikoloa Dry Forest is hosting their last biocultural talk sessions of the season.

Great chance to learn, talk story among your neighbors and friends, and sip and nibble on some goodies.
