Today's spotlight is on the sweet and thoughtful Aliyah! ✨

As one of our Show Assistants, Aliyah helps keep our live shows running smoothly while bringing plenty of laughs along the way. Her favorite part of the job? Reading all of the hilarious comments from our viewers and laughing right along with them! We couldn't agree more—our community definitely knows how to keep us entertained. 😂

Today's spotlight is on the woman who started it all... Daina! ✨

As the Founder of The Flip Side, Daina had a vision to build more than a business—she wanted to create a place where people could work hard, grow together, and genuinely enjoy what they do. Every live show, every new opportunity, and every milestone is driven by her passion for serving others and creating a community that feels like family.

Here's a little about Daina:
❤️ She can't live without her handsome husband.
🛍️ She loves shopping, thrifting, garage sales, pickleball, concerts, traveling, dancing, and cheering on her kids at all of their activities.
🏡 She's also an award-winning Real Estate Agent.
📦 Current obsession? Hunting for amazing inventory and opening the boxes... (and spending time in the pool with Rae Dunn platters nearby! 😄)

One verse that has guided her life and leadership is:

Today's spotlight is on the heart behind so much of what happens at The Flip Side... Heather! ✨

As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), Heather helps keep everything running behind the scenes while making sure our team has what they need to succeed. But if you ask her what her favorite part of the job is, it isn't the operations—it's the people she gets to work alongside every single day. ❤️

Here's a little about Heather:
☕ She can't live without her Starbucks.
📚 She loves reading, baking, and going to concerts.
🪂 Fun fact: She's been paragliding!
👗 Current obsession? Clothes!
