PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER, WE’RE LITERALLY BEGGING YOU.

After over a week of free adoptions, 194 adopted and 34 rescued…we still have 159 animals in our shelter.

How to avoid the shelter?

-VACCINATE your pets: we’ve had a parvo case every day this week.

-SECURE your property to ensure your pet doesn’t escape. FORTY THREE animals have entered our shelter as stray this week alone.

-TEACH your pets manners, and your kids, too! So many animals are surrendered for issues that could be corrected with simple training.

-COMMUNICATE with your landlord BEFORE you acquire a pet. Most rental agencies have rules regarding pet ownership.

Last but not least…
SPAY AND NEUTER IS NECESSARY. Rescues and shelters are overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the sheer numbers of animals flowing in daily. If you need low-cost options to assist you, we can provide you with information.

Pets are a lifelong responsibility. Their life isn’t as long as yours and YOU are responsible for making sure your pet is cared for.

Our Tail End of Summer Paw-Ty ONE week from now and we are kicking off an ENTIRE MONTH OF FREE ADOPTIONS!!

This August, we are offering free adoptions on all dogs and cats! Come out and help up CLEAR OUR SHELTER! We will be waiving adoption fees August 1-31. As always, adopt responsibly. Pets are a commitment for their lifetime.

It's such an easy way to lend a hand to paws in need!
Not mentioned here but, if you have any old blankets/towels, you can always give more than newspaper to your local shelters! 🐶🐱

We are in dire need of newspaper! If you have any, please drop off at our shelter location 4704 Corporation Dr in Fayetteville. It is extremely helpful if you could remove any "slick" pages and ads, but not required. Thank you!

Busy day!
Spent the day measuring, cutting, and hoping everything looked level on the dump trailer.
She's a few steps closer to fully dressed and ready to haul whatever you're looking to toss out.

Joe here, wanting to let everyone know that if you have junk to haul we have the trailer to do it! This trailer is 7’x12’ w/ 4’ walls, which means we can do just about anything from residential clean outs to yard debris or junk removal from a remodel. You call us, we drop the trailer for you to fill, then pick up and dump once you’re finished.
Currently servicing Wake, Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland county.
