Crying while I write this!!!!

On Thursday Rob, Christian and I got to celebrate the Bean in the best way!!! We were nominated by the community for Wake Weekly’s “Best of the Best 2026” and not only were we nominated we won 1st place in all three categories 😭😭

Are you KIDDING!!!

The Bean has only been open for 5 months and the moment we opened our doors I felt the love IMMEDIATELY from the community.

My goal for TPB is not to be “just a plant store” - I want it to be a place you can come in and yap, talk about plants, talk about LIFE, be your safe space, be a place you can decompress and so much more. Because here at the bean we are SO much more than a plant store. We are your second home 🤭

Thank you to everyone who nominated us, voted for us and have been cheering us on since day one. I am forever grateful of the support and I hope the Bean can be a pillar of the Wake Forest community for a long time. 🪴 I love our not so little town 🧡

This new truck of plants have some regulars and new plants we haven’t sold yet at the Bean! And yes that’s an alocasia you are seeing 🤪

Tonight’s macrame class has been changed! We will now be hosting the class on 9/25! Yes - a Friday night!!! We are switching up classes a bit to better fit the communities schedule.

The Bean will be open today from 1030-1 and then remain close the rest of the day for FNOW!

We will however be open for the last FNOW in September 🫶

Learn how to make a macrame plant hanger and take home a 4 inch plant with it!

This is majority a standing event but if you need a chair we can accommodate you accordingly!

This is also a BYOB event so please feel free to bring whatever bevie you’d enjoy and I will provide a BEAN CUP 🤪
