P.S. Every time I make this soup, it reminds me of my beshy Ana Diaz Gallo ♥️ When we lived together in Boston, this was one of her most requested dishes but with Sayote not papaya! Hehe

Every time it’s officially fall, I make my anti-sickness soup. It’s basically a very nutrient-dense version of chicken & stars soup— and my husband actually LOVES it! I portion it out and toss it in the freezer so we always have some ready to go whenever he’s not feeling well.

Everything is made from scratch, especially the chicken stock. I let it simmer for a long time with a bunch of good stuff to really build up all that flavor and goodness. It’s packed with:
• Immune-supportive nutrients
• Anti-inflammatory compounds
• Gut-friendly goodness
• Hydration & electrolytes

The leaves are starting to change and I can finally sit on our back porch because it’s actually cool outside today— which can only mean one thing… FALL IS ALMOST HERE! 🤎🍁

Finally, my time! I can’t wait for that crisp air to hit my skin. When you live in the South but you’re a Northerner at heart, you savor every bit of cooler weather because it never lasts long enough. And let’s be honest, Southern fall is basically half of a Boston summer. 😂🍂

Woke up today to the sweetest surprise! 🌿💚

My father-in-law dropped off this beautiful, already-grown basil plant that he planted for us this morning so we can have our very own fresh basil right at home! 🥰🌱

I make tomato sauce from scratch and use basil pretty often for cooking so this is absolutely perfect! Nothing beats having fresh herbs ready whenever you need them. 🍅🌿
