THIS WEEK’S featured Melrose High Athlete...Volleyball Senior Captain, SABINE WENZEL had a remarkable opening week for the MHS girls’ volleyball team with a combined total of 75 kills in three games. Sabine Wenzel, middle hitter, notched 30 kills alone in Melrose’s 5-set win over Belmont on opening night, and followed that act up with 22 kills apiece against Reading and Wakefield. Her efforts have helped Melrose start 2-1 on the season. Congrats to Sabine and the entire Melrose squad for a winning week!
