ON JANUARY 9, State Representative Kate Lipper-Garabedian (D-Melrose) presented a House citation to Leila Migliorelli (left) in recognition of her commitment and dedication to the City of Melrose through her leadership as City Council president. Migliorelli served on the Council for three terms, from 2020 through 2025, including as president from 2024 through 2025.
