I’ve been so busy tinkering with PMR past couple of weeks I haven’t been enjoying the game as I should. Now that I’m finished with my Tire Realism Overhual 2.0 PC mod I’m taking the time to enjoy what the game has to offer.

I think next I will focus on individual car feel or maybe even car sounds.

Key Goals of Version 2.0​

- Improve tyre realism without creating artificial difficulty
- Enhance braking stability and confidence
- Deliver clearer tyre feedback through load, slip, and temperature
- Ensure consistency across compounds and classes
- Preserve raceability over long stints

This mod is intended for PC/Wheel players only!
Controller player will experience unwanted behavior due to the nature of the movement from the controller!

3D printing was fun until I adventured in more advanced prints. I went from just finding something I wanted to print from one of the 3D print sites to buying a new bed. Now I have to adjust first layer print speed, adjust bed temps, and nozzle temps!! This the part they don’t tell you about. You just have to experience and experiment for yourself. 🤭😢😅

This game is in a interesting space right now. Some people wrote it off and others are sticking with it.

I think this is the SIM that Forza Motorsport was suppose to be or at least what the people wanted it to be!

I couldn’t see a lick in front of me! The car did feel good though. I could feel what the ca was doing and how much grip I had available. So it gave me confidence to push a lil harder!

MOZA Vision GS Wheel

I’ve had this wheel for some time now and I must admit my other wheels have foreshadowed this one. I decided to bring it back out for tonight.

What I realized immediately is how slim the grips are and feel almost sharp in hand. It took awhile to get back used to it. The buttons still felt nice to click on and even though some may think the screen is a gimmick I still think it’s a cool and I nice touch. The build quality is solid too.

Crew Chief Auto Manager is a free tool that automatically starts and closes Crew Chief when you run supported racing sims—no extra clicks, no background clutter.

Detects your sim when it launches
Auto-starts Crew Chief
Closes Crew Chief when you exit

I sometimes found myself forgetting to open Crew Chief some times before I start a race. Once I realize the race seems quiet and I’m not getting Crew Chief feedback it’s too late especially if it’s an online race. I also I wanted to contribute more to the sim racing community.
