Shifting POV has launched the first VR Facebook Spaces Podcast Series created for *Social Impacts* [NPO, NGO, Philanthropic Foundations] which supports our upcoming Shifting POV VR Cinematic Film shoot in Bhutan on water and habitat protections and global warming and the themes and conversation topics raised by our Shifting POV film, awareness and calls to action.

We intend to host a variety of speakers from different philanthropic organizations and foundations to speak on a variety of different topics to co-collaborate and create the *Heartbeat of Core Human Values* as well as Respect for our Earth, her habitats, all species and living environments as we create an Empathetic Respectful culture in 21st Century AR, AI and Virtual Worlds.

It is our intention to host a VR Facebook Space and stream live from The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens [eventually, as we are in the nascent primordial beginnings of this effort] and thank you all in assisting Shifting POV explore and inspire possibilities toward realizing this effort.

Last month Southern Oregon Film and Media held its annual board elections, and we would like to take just a moment to thank everyone who stood for election and to recognize both our incoming and outgoing board members.

Joining the board this year as professional member representatives are Mig Windows and Twanissa Cox. Current board Vice President Sean Marc Nipper also won reelection to the board, and we are grateful for his continued service.

Joining the board as the industry advocate representative is Jeris Huntington Clark Miller.

The board has also selected a new student representative from Southern Oregon University: SOU Film Club President Moriah Doepken.

Please be sure to congratulate all our new board members during next week's Cameras & Cocktails at Hearsay.

Finally, please join us in thanking our outgoing board members for their enormous service to SOFaM. This year Ray Nomoto Robison, Lee Fuchsmann, V Simone Stewart, and Alison Hoffman step away from the board, but their contributions will be long-lasting.

We did it. Our Shifting POV Program is launched and Aaron Moffatt [Co-Producer] and I have each created a distinct voice and vision for our collaborative work on Shifting POV and landed our VR 360 Proof of Concepts for #OculusLaunchpad on the website at:

Aaron's title is entitled "I Grew Up Here" and my title is "Soul Bare"
I now am moving into the final phase of our #OculusLaunchpad Scholarship Application which I hope to complete and submit later this evening or afternoon at the latest ... We are at 90% of delivery.
