Coffee Ring Studios is the recording home base for engineer/producer/musician Michael Simon. For years, Michael lived in Massachusetts, working with Dave Chalfant at Sackamusic Studios and performing in the band Stepanian. While in New England, he produced or recorded albums for The Boxcar Lilies, Temple Beth Am, Stepanian, Josh Seadia, and more. Since relocating to Walla Walla, Michael has produc

ed and recorded albums with The B Side, Bizarre Love Triangle, Candace Brown, Humans Being and Dabbles in Bloom, among others. He also has done numerous live recordings of classical events, including concerts of the Walla Walla Symphony, Walla Walla Chamber Music Festival, Walla Walla Choral Society, Mid-Columbia Mastersingers, and various Whitman College music groups.
