We had a heart breaking loss Saturday morning. Our heifer Nellie Ruth gave birth the most beautiful black heifer. Unfortunately, she was born breach and did not make it. Nellie is so sad but doing okay. I am grateful she is okay as breach births are tough on momma We are giving her all the extra loves and treats while she works through her loss. Ranching is hard, but when you love these babies like family, it hits different! Next up for calving is little Ruby Sue. Praying for a perfect birth and healthy baby.
