On a United flight where they split up my family, attempting to place my 6 year old in a row by himself with two strangers, and my 5 and 9 year olds together in a row with a different stranger. All THREE adults in our family were moved to seats away from the kids. When we asked for help, the gate agent somehow managed to blame us for the fact that United made this choice. Fly the friendly skies, people!
