Today is World Pet Memorial Day.
Cooper was my first Golden. He was a Craigslist dog that I got from a lady who didn't want him because he had Happy Piddles when he was excited. Her loss!
Willow was my sweetest girl who was very close to me and the best girl with the most loving kisses in the world.
Salem, my big boy, my protector, my heart.
Cooper and Willow both developed lumps that turned cancerous and so many so fast, that surgery wasn't an option for either of them. Once Willow started getting them, I began to question their food. As that was the only common denominator between them. But it was too late for Willow by then.
Salem was part of the food switch but unfortunately he developed a different type of cancer and was taken from me way too soon.
Now that I have done extensive research on foods, treats, vitamins for dogs since losing these three, I choose to feed Majic and Shawshank much healthier options, which include adding Smack Pet Food into their diets.
Today, I honor the memory of not only Cooper, Willow and Salem, all who crossed the rainbow bridge due to cancer, but also my love, Coco, the chocolate lab and Yoshee my wolf-like Akita, both who lived long happy lives, but left me before I was ready for them to🌈
