Welcome September 🎉

Days are getting shorter. Schedules are changing. This is a great time to reset.

• sip your iced coffee outside - bonus points if it's device-free. Read a book, plan your day, meditate, or do your affirmations.

• be visible 4x per week - an event, newsletter, social post, etc. You don’t have to be everywhere, just somewhere, so clients see you.

• CEO 10 mins a day - check systems, make a list of ideas, give your bank account some love, etc.

• move your body - a walk or workout makes the brain better + lights up the idea maker.

• celebrate at least one win in life and business each day - be grateful and thank the universe.

We all do it.

We get caught in the weeds answering emails, playing in Canva, or rewriting that caption a million times.

Here’s the thing, though, the real distraction isn’t the phone. It isn’t the dings from your calendar. It doesn’t even have to do with that to-do list as long as your arm.

It’s all the busy work you’re doing. All the time you’re spending time on things you think “should be doing” instead of on what will actually build your business and move the needle.
