Southern New Hampshire University announced the following students have been named to the summer 2025 president's list: Kaylee Bertini and Vincent Lee of Bridgeport Philip Cox of Canastota Shannon Diefendorf of Chittenango Kayla Pittsley of Georgetown Rachel Scott and Jennifer Nellis of Oneida The summer terms run from May to August. The City of Oneida Water Department expects there to be temporary dirty water in portions of the distribution system beginning the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025. Residents are advised to check their cold water prior to utilizing their hot water. Caution should be exercised if washing clothes during this timeframe. The discoloration will be caused by work being conducted at the Glenmore Reservoir Dam. The water is safe, and the color should clear quickly. The discoloration may affect all districts within the public water supply.
