Today we said goodbye to my grandpa. My second father. I am shattered but also numb. I joked he would outlive us but I think a part of me hoped that to be true. I was so lucky to have this man in my life and a piece of my heart will be missing without him.

Almost 1 year ago I fell so deeply in love with my person. Yesterday I got to say yes to forever and eternity. To be proposed to my best friend at my favorite artists concert was more than I could have imagined. Zero, you are everything I could have dreamed of. You are so gentle and kind, funny and loving, and my best friend. I will say yes now and in every life time. I love you so much more than I could have ever imagined. I am yours eternally. 🖤🖤.

Happy 10th birthday to this psychotic little lady. Who wags her tail when you call her a puppy and barrels towards you when she hasn’t seen you in a while. You have been the most aggravating, sweet, cuddly, lady but you are mine. I love you so much, you have made so much progress with your behavior and I promise to continue to protect you and guide you. Happy birthday Addison!
