On November 17th, the version of The Jason Gisser Band that played at Mazzstock this year will take the stage again at The Towne Crier in Beacon for their Anniversary weekend. This was the version we threw together last minute for Mazzstock when our drummer couldn't make it. It was soooo good. Come on out and see us blow up that Towne Crier stage. The band: Big Thurrsty, Chuck Torres, Danny McBride, Craig Shrawder and me. Special guest on the show is Di Moriarty.

I woke up this morning with an idea. Not everyone knows what to do in a hurricane. I don't but over my years I have learned a few things. So we can start a chain of good ideas on things to get and do before the hurricane hits.
I'll start:

Friends and Family in Florida please be safe. Charge not only your cel phones laptops and tablets, if you have external battery back ups for them charge them also. If you don't you have a little time left get out and get them. Also if you have the money for it get a generator, gas powered is fine, even solar powered just make sure you dont charge it till after the storm. Make sure you get allot of watter (and booze). Make sure you get lots of canned goods (and make sure your opener is not electric). If the water starts flooding your house do not go to the attic unless it has roof access. If water starts flooding into your house, cut the electric. Fill your bathtub with water incase electric water pumps stop working. This way you have water to flush your toilets and to cook with if need be. Look out for eachother. Stay safe and we will see you on the other side.

This Saturday spend the evening in Wappingers Falls at Di'Vine Wine Bar. I will be filling the air with Acoustic Soul Rock, while you enjoy a glass of beer or a glass of wine, or 10, no judgment here. The Tapas at Di'Vine are amazing, the staff is super fun and knowledgeable and the view of the falls... just come out, you will get it.

I was making the poster for this, and I went to their page to snag some pictures. There was so many of the food and I couldn't use them all, but now that the poster is done, I'm starving!!!
