We as a real estate team are allowed to conduct showings and meet for consultations once again!

For 1-4 unit properties (single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes, townhomes, and condos), you can request up to 120 DAYS of forbearance WITHOUT any documentation of hardship caused by COVID-19. All you need to do is call your mortgage company and AFFIRM that you are currently facing hardship due to COVID-19.

Note: They will only allow forbearance for federally backed mortgages i.e. Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, etc. No land contract or hard money loans are qualified for this relief.
