👉🏼Agreed terms in this case:
Timber Creek agreed to the terms below (a plea deal) in exchange for the Ohio Attorney General closing the investigation through 02/02/2024.

1-Timber Creek cannot accept money for goods/services, then fail to deliver those goods/services within 8 weeks or make a FULL refund.
2-Timber Creek cannot refuse refund of 100% due failure to provide goods/services within 8 weeks.
3-Timber Creek cannot charge a restocking fee unless clearly noted in contract & related to actual cost of building
4-Timber Creek cannot charge a restocking fee when customer asks to cancel after 8 weeks due to failure to deliver.
5-Timber Creek cannot include a liquidated damages clause in contracts
6-Timber Creek agrees pending or future complaints filed with OAG are to be satisfied in good faith (set in terms)
👉🏼 $15,000 - Timber Creek is to pay Ohio Attorney General for reimbursement of Investigation at $1,250/month (first payment was due 13 days after order)
