As we get ready to move the β71 Challenge off the surface plate and onto the rotisserie, letβs recap what weβve done these past 110 hours:
βοΈ Rust repair, left front fender apron
βοΈ Drivers side A pillar replacement
βοΈ Front floor patches, both sides. Butt welded in.
βοΈ Drip rails
βοΈ Roof skin
βοΈ outer wheel tub, passenger side
βοΈ left and right quarter panels, butt welded at the rear to preserve the original tail panel spot welds
βοΈ miscellaneous small rust repairs
We share updates like this because we believe transparency matters. Restoration work is often measured in hundreds of hours, and much of the most important craftsmanship happens long before paint ever touches the car. Our goal is to help clients understand not only where their investment is going, but also the level of detail and care required to restore these vehicles properly π€
