After winning the regional softball championship for the third year in a row, Fauquier High's Lydia Lovell and Craig Gilmore were named the region Player and Coach of the Year. See the full all-region softball team below.

Punctuated by Noah Correll's inside-the-park grand slam, the Kettle Run High baseball team defeated visiting Tabb 11-1 on Tuesday to advance to the state semifinals for the second year in a row.

The Kettle Run High School baseball team defeated Tabb 11-1 in five innings on June 9 to advance to the Class 3 state semifinals for the second year in a row.
