We're kicking off the week with another 📢MEET THE TEAM MONDAY📢 and today we've got MANI SOUPHOM 📰 News Correspondent and Production Associate! Mani grew up in Warroad, and is excited to help report on and share local stories of the people in YOUR communities!

Mani joined the KQ92 & KRWB team spring of 2025 after a storied career ranging from the food industry, to retail, manufacturing, customer service, and community development. While she wears many hats at the station, her experience and passion for the Northwest Minnesota area helps drive her desire to find the stories that matter to you!

When Mani isn't reporting on local news or cutting ads in the studio, she loves exploring everything Northwest Minnesota has to offer, from camping, to fishing, hiking, or shopping at small local businesses. She especially enjoys area attractions like the Country Corn Maze and Roseau's Pioneer Farm at Christmas with her fiancé Tom and her son JoCha! She also enjoys spending time at home with their dog 🐕 and three (yes 3‼️) cats 🐱🦁🐯, and dreams of having a mini-highland cow, goats, chickens, and another dog some day!

As a musician, writer, artist, and former business owner, Mani knows that the people and places in our far north rural communities have so much to offer, and she's excited and grateful to be able to shine a spotlight on these people and places through the airwaves!
