Stafford's Solid Waste

We are your friends in the trash business, no job too large or small! Founded in 1993, Stafford's Solid Waste provides trash removal for all Kosciusko County.

Awarded the Kosciusko County recycling contract in 1998, which we still manage today. Our 2005 Kenworth garbage truck won first place in a design contest for the national waste disposal magazine, Waste Age, and in 2006, our new Sterling truck with a 25-yard bed was featured at the National Solid Waste Convention in Las Vegas. In 2008 the Warsaw-Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce awarded Stafford's with the Dimensions of Excellence in Service Business Award.

‼️Upcoming Holiday Delay:‼️

On Thursday, November 27th, we will be closed, and routes will not run in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Thursday and Friday services will run on a one-day delay, with Friday services occurring on Saturday. No other days of the week will be affected.

📣 Labor Day Service Alert – One Day Delay 📣

In observance of Labor Day, all curbside trash and recycling services will be delayed by one day during the week of the holiday.

🗓️ Here’s what to expect:

Monday pickups will occur on Tuesday
Tuesday pickups will occur on Wednesday
Wednesday pickups will occur on Thursday
Thursday pickups will occur on Friday
Friday pickups will occur on Saturday
Please have your carts out by 6:00 AM on your adjusted service day. Thank you for your understanding and have a safe and happy Labor Day!

🗓 Friday, July 4th → Service will occur on Saturday, July 5th

ATTENTION STAFFORD CUSTOMERS!

Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions we have made the decision to suspend service for today. Our top priority is the safety of not only our drivers, but the communities we service as a whole.

We will not be running on a 1 day delay. Friday services will occur as usual, and we will make up any missed service or bags from today on the next scheduled service date, at no cost.

‼️Attention Stafford’s Customers‼️

We’re upgrading to Automated Side-Load (ASL) trucks, which are faster, quieter, safer, and more efficient. This change means:

All customers must use a Stafford toter for trash. Contact customer support if you need an extra toter.
Some customers will receive a reroute letter with details about changes to trash days. Look out for it this weekend or early next week.
