This writing duo began planting the seeds for their screenplay ideas as far back as 2006, and now have multiple works in various stages of completion. 2CousinsWriting consists of Matthew O'Connor and Glenn Jeffrey, both native Rhode Islanders who still live in the state. While there Matt studied Film Production and Theater Arts, and was a founding member of WACT, Assumption College’s first televis

ion station. He represented the television station as a producer, director, writer, actor, cameraman and editor. He was also largely involved with theater production at Assumption as an actor in several works, including Michael Frayn’s famous ‘Noises Off’. Glenn graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1991 with a degree in Clinical Psychology. While there Glenn began exploring various writing and communication classes. Following graduation Glenn began writing a series of short skits and eventually developed these into a 6-series half-hour comedy show titled ‘The Wrong Crowd’. The show aired locally in Rhode Island in 1996. During this same time he also created, produced and emceed a charity comedy show performance. Enlisting local businesses as well as local comedians the show took place at the University of Rhode Island with all proceeds donated to Hasbro’s Children’s Hospital. While maintaining his work in human services and eventually pharmaceutical research management, he continued to stoke his passion for writing.
