2002 proposed editorial calendar for 2003. DC Cadillac Grand Prix was permanently canceled after the one and only 2002 race (which reduced ad revenues for the following year). Then CITY Magazine, Capitol File and DC Modern Luxury all entered the DC market — further diluting the DMV ad pool — forcing DC ONE to call it a day after the June issue. Although the writing was already on the wall then that print publications would soon be in decline globally.
