Haaad fun with this brand identity revamp! 🌹🌿

Esha CG is a natural skincare brand that provides customized solutions based on the needs of its customers. After three years of operation, the owner decides it's time to rebrand the business.

The challenge was that the brand's presence was not optimized, and it was evident that the brand identity and image were not closely aligned.

So the business owner aspires to have a brand identity that best reflects the brand. After gathering insights and clarity about where the brand is now and where it wants to go, we designed a strategic approach to build the brand's identity.

We begin by developing (Phase 1) its internal brand and determining its core substance. Then we moved on to designing the identity (Phase 2). Since the owner wanted to incorporate a flower over the letter "E", we come up with a "rose" to symbolize the brand's passion and drive to take care of the individual's skin and beauty. A small letter "e" is also seen within the rose to signify that the brand also helps you build confidence from within.

Finally, following approval, the brand takes a step forward by introducing its new and improved visual experiences.

MJAY Organic Skincare is a small business that specializes in natural and handmade beauty products. By employing natural and organic skincare products, the brand hoped to reach and assist people of all backgrounds in restoring their skin and reclaiming their confidence.⁣⁣

The brand had no solid foundation to begin with, thus expressing the brand's presence in visual and sensory experiences was a problem. The founder shared her aims and vision during the clarity session, emphasizing the need of imprinting "happy, confident, yet luxurious vibes" whenever audiences interact with her brand.⁣⁣

We started by establishing and building the foundation of the internal branding. Then we start working on the visuals.⁣⁣

We wanted to build a submark that incorporated both the owner's and her mother's initial letters because the brand name is devoted to her late mother. As a result, the end stroke of letter "M" is linked to the letter "J." The logo colors and font system were also carefully chosen to reflect the personality of the company.⁣⁣

The brand now has a strong basis and clarity. The images are able to convey the brand's most valuable quality: authenticity.⁣⁣

What you see is more than what meets the eye. This emblem was born out of a vision 'to create an insignia that's deeply rooted in our core values.'⁣

Fun Fact: Our logo emblem represents the unification of spelled out letters of "creare". ⁣

I think it's about time I re-introduce who's behind this digital brainchild, Creare Creative Solutions.⁣

I'm Aria, your Brand Strategist and Designer! 👋 I've been journeying in the entrepreneur world for more than a year now. ⁣

🍒 I have many names! I have different names for different phases of my life. (weird, right? haha!) Ex: I was nicknamed "Nom" back in junior high school (my friends still calls me this). "Peach" when I was a kid (what my relatives calls me). And, "Aria" when I started freelancing.

The core message directs a brand’s marketing statements and multimedia representations. It sums up the value a brand can give to improve the lives of the people it serves.

If you think that branding is only for big businesses with big markets, you’re mistaken. Branding is about telling people (no matter how few) who you are and what value you bring. ⁣

Branding doesn’t care for size; it’s meant to show how you can make people’s lives better. Knowing your brand is knowing why you do what you do and why your employees should find their jobs meaningful.⁣


BRANDING MATTERS to your small business because:⁣

Ever heard of brand board but have no idea what it is?

A brand board is a one-page visual with all your brand elements, from your main logo to your color palette. It’s a quick reference guide to your brand’s visuals.

It is mainly used for design consistency across a brand’s visuals like web design, social media graphics, e-books etc. It helps business owners stay on track.

What I love about branding is....

choosing the colors! No kidding! I used to have two brands just so I could use two different color palettes. (Forgive me, I was a newbie then) 😂🤣

I meaaaan, there are millions of colors out there with different hues and shades but we only get to choose few!? Haha!

I find it sooo funnnnn to choose!

Just like this brand I get to work at. The Founder, Julie, is a close workmate of mine when I was in the corporate world.

Now, she does freelance business as a copywriter. (Yay!)

I really love the colors for her brand - if Julie will turn into colors..

THIS WILL BE HER! 💛
