Subject: Urgent assistance for the safe return of Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Ahmad, Lecturer in Botany, Government Superior Science College Peshawar
It is requested that immediate diplomatic intervention may kindly be made for Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Ahmad, Lecturer in Botany, Government Superior Science College Peshawar, who is presently stranded in the neutral zone at the Oybek–Fotekhabad border between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
