ضبط (6) حاويات مخالفة لشروط وضوابط الاستيراد في منفذ ميناء ام قصر الشمالي

تمكنت مديرية منفذ ميناء ام قصر الشمالي، من ضبط حاويات عدد (6) في نقطة البحث والتحري خارج الحرم الكمركي تحتوي ( زيوت محركات، مكيف هواء، اطارات مختلفة الاحجام، صفائح المنيوم متعدد الاشكال، سائل تعقيم من الصوديوم والصودا ) مخالفة لشروط وضوابط الاستيراد.

حيث تبين من خلال التدقيق والمطابقة وجود تلاعب في المعاملات الكمركية المنجزة ، وعدم وجود أرقام الحاويات في استمارة الادخال الخاصة بالبضائع الداخلة .

مركز حماية وصون التراث الثقافي العراقي يستقبل وفداً دبلوماسياً هندياً ويعرض أنشطته وبرامجه التخصصية

استضاف مركز حماية وصون التراث الثقافي، وفداً دبلوماسياً رفيع المستوى من السفارة الهندية في بغداد، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 17 كانون الأول 2025، بهدف مناقشة فرص التعاون المشترك في مجالات التراث والثقافة بين البلدين.

وجاءت الزيارة انسجاماً مع توجيهات وكيل الوزارة للشؤون الثقافية الدكتور فاضل البدراني، حيث رحّبت مديرة المركز السيدة شيماء محمود سهيل بالوفد الضيف، الذي تألف من السكرتير الثاني ورئيس ديوان المستشارية في السفارة السيد ديباك داس، والسكرتير الثاني السيد سوراب أواستي.

وتجوّل الوفد داخل المركز للاطلاع على طبيعة العمل وتقنيات الحفظ والبرامج التي يجري تطبيقها، إضافة إلى التعرف على الأنشطة المتنوعة التي ينفذها المركز في مجال حماية وصون التراث.

وأبدى أعضاء الوفد الهندي ارتياحهم لهذه الزيارة، مشيرين إلى حرصهم على تطوير العلاقات الثقافية والتراثية، وتفعيل المبادرات المشتركة بين السفارة والمركز خلال الفترة المقبلة، بما يسهم في تعزيز تبادل الخبرات وتنمية التعاون بين الجانبين.

The Center for the Protection and Preservation of Cultural Heritage hosted a high-level diplomatic delegation from the Indian Embassy in Baghdad on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to discuss opportunities for joint cooperation in the fields of heritage and culture between the two countries.

The visit was in accordance with the directives of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Dr. Fadhil Al-Badrani. The Center's Director, Ms. Shaima Mahmoud Suhail, welcomed the delegation, which included Mr. Deepak Das, Second Secretary and Head of the Embassy's Consular Office, and Mr. Saurabh Awasthi, Second Secretary.

The delegation toured the Center to learn about its operations, preservation techniques, and implemented programs, as well as the diverse activities it carries out in the field of heritage protection and preservation.

The members of the Indian delegation expressed their satisfaction with this visit, noting their keenness to develop cultural and heritage relations, and to activate joint initiatives between the embassy and the center during the coming period, in a way that contributes to enhancing the exchange of experiences and developing cooperation between the two sides.

وفد من السفارة البريطانية يزور مقر هيأة المنافذ الحدودية لرفع مستوى التعاون والتجارة الدولية.

استقبل رئيس هيأة المنافذ الحدودية، الفريق د. عمر عدنان الوائلي، وفد رسمي من السفارة البريطانية في بغداد برئاسة السيدة اليس كوك، سكرتير ثاني العدل والشؤون الداخلية بالسفارة ، وذلك بهدف تعزيز التعاون الدولي وتسهيل التجارة الدولية.

قدم السيد رئيس الهيأة شرحاً مفصلاً عن عمل وجهود الهيأة في تعظيم الإيرادات غير النفطية ومكافحة التهريب بكافة اشكالة مؤكداً أن الهيأة تشهد تحولاً رقمياً واسعاً من خلال إدخال التقنيات الحديثة وتبادل البيانات بين الجهات المعنية العاملة والربط الشبكي للسونارات في كافة المنافذ الحدودية وتفعيل التبادل التجاري العابر للحدود وفق نظام التير ، وبمتابعة واشراف مباشرة من السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء.

كما أشار الوائلي إلى الجهود التي تبذلها الهيأة لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في المنافذ الحدودية، قد انعكس ايجابا على بيئة العمل ورفع مستوى التبادل التجاري في العراق وتسهيل التجارة الدولية.

كما أعرب الوفد البريطاني عن استعدادهم لدعم هيأة المنافذ الحدودية في جهودها لتحسين الإجراءات الرقابية وتسهيل التجارة الدولية، مؤكدين على أهمية التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال ومثمنين الإجراءات التي تتخذها الهيأة في تعزيز الحوكمة والرقابة الإلكترونية.
A delegation from the British Embassy visits the Border Ports Authority headquarters to enhance international cooperation and trade.

The Chairman of the Border Ports Authority, Lieutenant General Dr. Omar Adnan Al-Waeli, received an official delegation from the British Embassy in Baghdad, headed by Ms. Alice Cook, Second Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and facilitating international trade.

The Chairman provided a detailed explanation of the Authority's work and efforts to maximize non-oil revenues and combat smuggling in all its forms. He emphasized that the Authority is undergoing a significant digital transformation through the introduction of modern technologies, data exchange between relevant agencies, the networking of sonar systems at all border crossings, and the activation of cross-border trade according to the TIR system, all under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister.

Al-Waeli also noted the Authority's efforts to enhance security and stability at border crossings, which have positively impacted the work environment, increased the level of trade in Iraq, and facilitated international trade.

The British delegation also expressed their readiness to support the Border Ports Authority in its efforts to improve control procedures and facilitate international trade, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in this area and commending the Authority's measures to enhance governance and electronic oversight.

في لحظة حزن عميقة، ودّعت مدينة الرمادي إحدى نسائها الاستثنائيات، الحاجة أم عمار، سيدة الأعمال التي ارتبط اسمها بالكفاح والعمل الخيري، وترك رحيلها فراغًا واضحًا في ذاكرة المدينة وأهلها.

لم تكن الحاجة أم عمار مجرد صاحبة مشروع تجاري، بل كانت نموذجًا للمرأة المثابرة التي بدأت من أبسط الإمكانيات، لتصنع بجهدها وإصرارها قصة نجاح لافتة، تُوِّجت بتحويل عملها التجاري المتواضع إلى أكبر مجمع تسويقي في الرمادي، وافتتاح أول مول تجاري في المدينة حمل اسمها، ليصبح علامة فارقة في المشهد الاقتصادي المحلي.

حفرت الراحلة اسمها في ذاكرة الأنبار ليس بحجم مشاريعها فحسب، بل بأثرها الإنساني العميق، إذ ساهمت من خلال أعمالها التجارية في توفير مئات فرص العمل لأبناء المدينة، وأعانت الكثيرين على تجاوز مصاعب الحياة، ممتدًا عطاؤها من السوق إلى ميادين الخير والعمل الإنساني.

وعُرفت الحاجة أم عمار بسيرتها الطيبة، وتواضعها، وتعاملها الكريم مع أهالي المنطقة وزبائنها، ما جعلها من الوجوه المألوفة والمؤثرة في المجتمع الأنبارِي، واسمًا يُذكر باحترام ومحبة.

برحيلها، تخسر الرمادي امرأة صنعت النجاح بصمت، ووهبت من جهدها ووقتها للمدينة وأهلها، تاركة إرثًا من العمل والعطاء سيبقى حاضرًا في القلوب قبل الذاكرة.

In a moment of profound sorrow, the city of Ramadi bid farewell to one of its exceptional women, Hajja Umm Ammar, a businesswoman whose name was synonymous with struggle and charitable work. Her passing has left a clear void in the memory of the city and its people.

Hajja Umm Ammar was not merely the owner of a business venture; she was a model of a persevering woman who started with the simplest of resources, creating, through her effort and determination, a remarkable success story. This culminated in transforming her modest business into the largest shopping complex in Ramadi and opening the city's first mall, which bore her name, becoming a landmark in the local economic landscape.

The late Hajja Umm Ammar etched her name in the memory of Anbar not only through the scale of her projects but also through her profound humanitarian impact. Through her business ventures, she contributed to providing hundreds of job opportunities for the city's residents and helped many overcome life's hardships. Her generosity extended from the marketplace to the realms of charity and humanitarian work.

Umm Ammar was known for her kindness, humility, and generous treatment of the local community and her customers, making her a familiar and influential figure in Anbar society, a name remembered with respect and affection.

With her passing, Ramadi loses a woman who quietly achieved success, dedicating her time and effort to the city and its people, leaving behind a legacy of work and giving that will remain in our hearts and memories.

إختتام فعاليات معرض العراق الدولي للكتاب بدورته السادسة ومشاركة فاعلة لدار المأمون العراقية

اختُتمت مساء اليوم السبت الموافق 13 كانون الأول 2025 فعالياتُ الدورة السادسة من معرض العراق الدولي للكتاب، الذي أُقيم للمدة من 3 ولغاية 13 كانون الأول الحالي، تحت شعار «100 نون»، بمشاركة دور نشر محلية وعربية وأجنبية، وسط حضور ثقافي وجماهيري واسع.

وكان لدار المأمون للترجمة والنشر، مشاركتها الفاعلة بإشراف مباشر من المدير العام السيدة إشراق عبد العادل، بأكثر من (200) عنوان من أهم وأحدث إصداراتها المتنوعة في حقول الأدب والسياسة والاقتصاد والاجتماع ودراسات الترجمة واللغة والتاريخ، إضافة إلى دورياتها الصادرة باللغات المختلفة.

وحظيت إصدارات الدار باهتمام روّاد المعرض من النخب الثقافية والأدبية والمجتمعية، إذ كشفت قائمة الكتب الأكثر مبيعًا عن تلبية إصدارات دار المأمون لجميع توجهات القرّاء. ومن أبرز العناوين التي تصدّرت القائمة:
كتاب «الجبايش»، دراسة أنثروبولوجية لقرية في أهوار العراق (الطبعة الرابعة)، وكتاب «العزلة والحرية» للكاتب الروسي غيورغي آداموفيتش، فضلًا عن كتاب «الحياة والإبداع: تولستوي ودوستويفسكي»، وكتاب «مئة عام من النحت العراقي المعاصر (1921–2021)»، وهو ببليوغرافيا للنحاتين العراقيين ترجمه إلى اللغة الإنكليزية، فريق شعبة الترجمة التحريرية في دار المأمون.

وشملت القائمة أيضًا، كتاب «عروش بابل ونينوى – رحلة الألف ميل من البحر إلى البحر»، وكتاب «جبرا إبراهيم جبرا أديبًا وفنانًا» من تأليف مجموعة كتّاب احتفاءً بذكرى الأديب الراحل.

كما ضمّت القائمة كتاب «الأدب والأنثروبولوجيا: النص، المؤلف، فعل القراءة»، وكتاب «مرافعة غاليليو»، وهو مجموعة مقالات مترجمة في موضوعات متنوعة، إلى جانب كتاب «موجز تاريخ الزمن – مسار الكون من التمدد الهائل إلى الثقوب السود» في طبعته الثالثة.

وقد شهدت قاعات المعرض إقبالًا كثيفًا من الجمهور، إذ تنوّعت الفعاليات بين الندوات، والحوارات النقدية، والأمسيات الثقافية التي قدّمها عدد من الشخصيات الثقافية والفنية العراقية والعربية، مما أسهم في إثراء البرنامج الثقافي للمعرض وترسيخ مكانته بوصفه تظاهرة معرفية وأدبية كبرى، كما شهد حفل الختام تكريم مئة (نون) نسوية عراقية مؤثرة.
The 6th Iraq International Book Fair Concludes with Active Participation from Dar Al-Ma'mun

The 6th Iraq International Book Fair, held from December 3rd to 13th, 2025, under the slogan "100 Noon," concluded this evening, Saturday, December 13th, 2025. The fair featured local, Arab, and international publishing houses and attracted a large cultural and public audience.

Dar Al-Ma'mun for Translation and Publishing had a prominent presence at the fair, under the direct supervision of its Director General, Ms. Ishraq Abdul-Adel. The publishing house showcased over 200 of its most important and recent titles, covering a diverse range of fields including literature, politics, economics, sociology, translation studies, linguistics, and history, in addition to its periodicals published in various languages.

The publishing house's publications garnered significant attention from fair attendees, including cultural, literary, and community figures. The best-selling books revealed that Dar Al-Ma'mun's publications catered to all reader interests. Among the most prominent titles on the list were: “Al-Jubayish,” an anthropological study of a village in the Iraqi marshes (fourth edition); “Solitude and Freedom” by the Russian writer Georgi Adamovich; “Life and Creativity: Tolstoy and Dostoevsky”; and “One Hundred Years of Contemporary Iraqi Sculpture (1921–2021),” a bibliography of Iraqi sculptors translated into English by the editorial translation team at Dar Al-Ma’mun.

The list also included “Thrones of Babylon and Nineveh: A Thousand-Mile Journey from Sea to Sea” and “Jabbra Ibrahim Jabbra: Writer and Artist,” a collection of essays commemorating the late author.

The list also included the book "Literature and Anthropology: Text, Author, and the Act of Reading," and "Galileo's Plea," a collection of translated essays on diverse topics, along with the third edition of "A Brief History of Time: The Universe's Path from Superexpansion to Black Holes."

The exhibition halls witnessed a large turnout, with a diverse program of seminars, critical discussions, and cultural evenings presented by a number of Iraqi and Arab cultural and artistic figures. This contributed to enriching the exhibition's cultural program and solidifying its position as a major intellectual and literary event. The closing ceremony also honored one hundred influential Iraqi women.
