-Provide a cohesive infrastructure for people interested in movement careers to find the right roles and organizations for them
-Showcase the employers that are advancing social, economic, racial, gender, environmen

tal justice in the United States
-Support the growth of movement professionals, particularly people of color and people in the middle of their careers
