We often forget that healing is one of the most important parts of our journey. As moms we are so busy with life; parenting, chauffeuring, cooking and cleaning, working and running businesses.

I’m a sister, friend and leader in ministry😉

One of my biggest goals this year was to help women establish their foundation in Christ. Whether it’s a new foundation or helping them restore the foundation.
The goal is To-Get-Her. We’re better together (see what I did there😉)

I am a certified life coach and I help moms recover from toxic parenting, the uneasy transition to single motherhood(BabyMama is one of my favorite words🙂), healing from trauma post abortion. I also help moms regain their identity outside of motherhood.

Alongside coaching I’m an Artisan Brand. I curate skincare products and candles to give my clients the best experiences ever! Believe it or not this was a vision that I had pre-pandemic that was brought to life during the pandemic!

I really slept on myself in the previous seasons. But….this season I’m woke and doing the work! I have never been more excited about what’s to come than I am now. Journey with me and stay tuned for all the happenings!

I have always loved serving and working in the healthcare sector. I have twenty years of experience serving in private practices, hospital and ambulatory and Paramed services.
