🟢🟡 Ron Worman, founder and managing director of The Sage Group®️ (2002), has over 30 years of experience designing and executing strategies for start-ups and Fortune 1000 companies. He created The Path to Value™️, a methodology guiding leaders in building predictable value and competitive advantage, and has led mergers, acquisitions, and global market strategies. Beyond consulting, he hosts The Great Conversation forums and podcasts, contributing regularly to leadership and security publications.

Worman’s journey began with a passion for storytelling, sparked by extensive travels through Europe and Asia in the 1970s. These experiences shaped his ability to listen deeply and ask transformative questions—skills he later applied in business consulting.

A Seattle-based entrepreneur, he has also served on the Seattle Pacific University Board of Trustees, taught MBA courses, and, with his wife Sally, established a Flexible Deferred Gift Annuity supporting SPU. Ron continues to blend personal values, faith, and leadership in both his work and philanthropy. Travel remains a constant source of inspiration in his life.

🟢🟡 I’m Uta Raluca, an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant, specializing in strategy, management, and business development. Over the years, I’ve built solid expertise in the UK, with a strong background in educational management, finance, human resources, project management, health and safety, risk assessment, and event organization.⁠

I hold a BA (Honours) Degree in Business Studies with an Accounting Specialism and a postgraduate certificate in Business Analytics – Decision Making Using Data from the University of Cambridge.⁠

I’m the Founder and CEO of Strategos Analytica, where I work with organizations to implement effective strategies and optimize their operations. I’m also proud to contribute to the Repatriot initiative, especially through the “Antreprenorești – Adoptă un Sat” project, where I serve as Project Manager for the commune of Scorțeni. 🟢🟡 “I’m Isabelle Vladoiu, an international human rights specialist and founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights. Over the past decade, I’ve trained over 20,000 people in human rights, human trafficking prevention, and global security.

My work has been recognized by policymakers, international organizations, and two U.S. Presidents, but my true focus is impact.

I’m also passionate about diplomatic protocol and nonprofit coaching, training ambassadors, diplomats, and NGO leaders to foster cross-sector collaboration. Through my Accelerator Nonprofit program, I help entrepreneurs build impactful organizations.
