You’re not backsliding. You’re recalibrating.
The brain doesn’t change in a straight line.

Healing can look like chaos right before clarity.
This is your reminder: You’re not failing. You’re evolving.

And while your thoughts and habits are shifting, your brain is doing actual physical labor - breaking old neural pathways and building new ones.

🧠 That means it needs repair materials.

✨ Try this:

Add omega-3s (like salmon, walnuts, or chia seeds) to help rebuild and protect those new brain cells.

Load up on antioxidants (think: blueberries, spinach, turmeric) to reduce inflammation and brain fog while you grow.
